This is one of those projects that did not go live. The client had goals for the brand to get a facelift of a more welcoming friendly environment. The practice also had many locations that were getting confused with other locations. Therefore the goal was to ensure the clarity of the website.
Discovery
Users were not making it very far past thee fold on most pages. The font was also not big enough for users to read therefore causing rage clicking to just keep their spot in the amounts of text on the page.
The Problem
There was old photography from the practice mixed in with new videography. This gave an inconsistent look to the doctor's pages. Although, they did not want to retake any photography. The locations were not being clicked. Also, all calls were being navigated to different satellite locations.
My Reflections
The font sizes needed to be increased. The content needed to be grouped. The pages needed a place marker to navigation to sections easier. Although, the site did not end up launching the aspects of this practice were found in other sites managed that had similar data in the rage clicks and navigation.
